This is a first draft provided for reference and has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel — do not rely on it as final legal advice.

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of Paprix, a service operated by Yomayusa Ltd (“Yomayusa”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office in London, United Kingdom. By creating an account or otherwise using Paprix, you agree to these terms.

2. The service

Paprix lets teachers upload or enter exam questions and generate randomised, printable exam variations with answer keys and optional scantron bubble sheets. Features and limits available to your account depend on your subscription plan.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when registering.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
  • One account is intended for one individual teacher, not shared across a staff room.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Paddle, our payment processor and merchant of record. Prices are shown before checkout. You can cancel at any time from Billing — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the exam questions, courses, and student data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the service to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content you submit, including that it does not infringe a third party's rights or contain unlawful material.

6. Acceptable use

Use of Paprix is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Automated scraping, attempts to circumvent usage limits, and use of the service to generate unlawful, harassing, or infringing content are all prohibited.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice, and may update these terms from time to time — continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yomayusa Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Paprix. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under English law (e.g. death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the English courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
