Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 2026-07-22
This is a first draft provided for reference and has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel — do not rely on it as final legal advice.
1. Purpose
This policy sets out what you can and can't do when using Paprix. It applies to every account, on every plan. Breaching it may result in content removal, rate limiting, or account suspension or termination.
2. You must not
- Upload or generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes someone else's intellectual property.
- Use the service to harass, discriminate against, or harm any individual or group.
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or subscription tier restrictions.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account or data.
- Scrape, mirror, or systematically extract data from the service other than through your own account's normal use.
- Share a single account across multiple individuals in place of separate accounts/seats.
- Use the AI-assisted question parsing feature to generate content unrelated to legitimate exam creation.
3. Fair use
Plan limits (exams per month, variations per exam, teacher accounts, etc.) are enforced automatically and described on our pricing page. We may throttle or temporarily suspend accounts that place excessive load on the service outside normal classroom use.
4. Reporting a violation
If you become aware of a violation of this policy, email support@paprix.app with details, and we will investigate.
5. Enforcement
We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation, at Yomayusa Ltd's reasonable discretion.
