Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Paprix(“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you confirm you meet this requirement.

You retain ownership of all exam content you upload or paste. By submitting content you grant us a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We will never use your exam content to train machine-learning models or share it with third parties.

You agree not to:

• Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, quotas, or security measures.
• Use the Service to distribute malware or spam.
• Resell access to the Service without written permission.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Paddle. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not issue pro-rated refunds except within the first 7 days of a new paid subscription.

We aim for 99.9% uptime on paid plans. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure providers (Cloudflare, database, Redis).

All software, design, and branding of Paprix are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paprixis provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are registered. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
