Frequently asked questions
- Can I cancel at any time?
- Yes. Cancel from your billing page at any time. You keep access until the end of your billing period — no pro-rated refunds.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We use Paddle as our payment processor, which accepts all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal in supported regions.
- Do unused exams roll over?
- On the Free plan, your exam limit resets at the start of each calendar month. Paid plans have unlimited exams so there's nothing to roll over.
- How does the School plan work?
- One admin account manages the subscription. Teachers are invited to join the school workspace and share the plan quota.
- Is there an annual discount?
- Annual billing with a 20% discount is on our roadmap. Sign up to be notified when it launches.
- Do you offer refunds?
- If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days of a paid subscription, contact support and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.
