This is a first draft provided for reference and has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel — do not rely on it as final legal advice.
1. Our intellectual property
The Paprix name, logo, software, user interface, and underlying source code are the property of Yomayusa Ltd and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers any of that ownership to you.
2. Licence to use the service
Subject to your compliance with our Terms and Conditions, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use Paprix for your own exam creation and grading purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or create derivative works from the software itself.
3. Your content
You retain all ownership rights to the exam questions, courses, and other material you create or upload (“Your Content”). You grant Yomayusa Ltd a limited licence to host, store, and process Your Content solely to operate the service on your behalf. We do not claim ownership of Your Content and do not use it for any purpose beyond providing the service to you (see our Privacy Policy).
4. Generated PDFs
Exam variations, answer keys, and scantron sheets generated from Your Content belong to you, subject to the underlying rights in Your Content itself (for example, if you upload third-party copyrighted material, generating a PDF from it does not grant you new rights over that material).
5. Trademarks
“Paprix” and the Paprix logo are trademarks of Yomayusa Ltd. You may not use our name or branding to imply endorsement or affiliation without our prior written permission.
6. Reporting infringement
If you believe material available through Paprix infringes your intellectual property rights, email support@paprix.app with a description of the material, your rights in it, and its location within the service, and we will investigate promptly.
