Cookies Policy

This is a first draft provided for reference and has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel — do not rely on it as final legal advice.

1. What are cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device that let a website remember information between visits. Paprix uses a small number of cookies, all of them strictly necessary or functional — we do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

2. Cookies we use

  • Session/authentication cookie: keeps you signed in between page loads. Strictly necessary — the service cannot function without it.
  • Locale preference: remembers your chosen display language.
  • Theme preference: remembers whether you prefer light or dark mode.
  • Avatar preference: remembers your chosen profile avatar.

3. Third-party cookies

Our payment processor (Paddle) may set its own cookies during checkout to prevent fraud and process your payment. We do not control these directly — see Paddle's own privacy and cookie policies for details.

4. Managing cookies

Because our cookies are strictly necessary or functional, disabling them will break core functionality (such as staying logged in). Most browsers let you view and delete cookies in their settings if you want to clear them between sessions.

5. Changes to this policy

If the cookies we use change materially, we will update this page and, where required by law, ask for your consent again.
